Questions from service providers
Who are the service provider packages for?+
Compliance consultancies, audit and accounting firms, corporate service providers and independent compliance professionals in the UAE who handle AML work for multiple client businesses.
How is pricing worked out?+
Packages are discounted based on the number of clients you manage. Tell us how many clients you work with and what they need, and we will put together a package.
Can we connect RiskLens360 to our own systems?+
Yes. API access and integration support are available for firms that want to run onboarding, screening and monitoring from their own software.
Does using a service provider change who is responsible?+
No. The regulated business stays responsible for its AML obligations. The UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism's guidance for DNFBPs says that where third-party consultants or vendors support the AML programme, the compliance officer remains fully accountable for overseeing them. A consistent platform with full audit logs makes that oversight easier to evidence.
