Eleven minutes, start to finish

A worked example: a gold dealer in Dubai screens a cash customer, and this is what the file holds at the end.

  1. 10:31

    Add the customer

A walk-in customer wants to buy AED 62,000 of gold in cash. That is over the AED 55,000 threshold, so due diligence applies. Their details and ID go into the customer file.

  2. 10:32

    Screen

One search checks the name against every list below and gives each possible match a score.

  3. 10:40

    Review and decide

The compliance officer compares date of birth and nationality, marks the top result a false positive and writes down why.

  4. 10:42

    Ready for inspection

The check, the decision, who made it and when are in the audit log, kept for at least five years and ready to export when the supervisor asks.

Common questions

Who is RiskLens360 for?+

Businesses in the UAE that have anti-money laundering obligations, especially designated non-financial businesses and professions that need solid compliance controls without a bank sized compliance team.

What does the platform cover?+

Customer KYC and onboarding, risk based assessment, UBO and link analysis, sanctions and watchlist screening, PEP screening and adverse media checks, transaction monitoring, case management, and SAR, ISTR, goAML and MIS reporting, with audit logs throughout.

Which lists do you screen against?+

The UN Security Council Consolidated List, the UAE Local Terrorist List, OFAC and EU sanctions lists and the Central Bank watch list, plus your own internal watch list, blacklist and whitelist, all in one consolidated search. PEP screening and adverse media checks are included too.

Does a match mean the customer is on a sanctions list?+

Not by itself. A match means a name or other details are similar to a list entry. Your team compares date of birth, nationality and identity documents, then records whether it is a false positive, a partial match or a confirmed match. A match you cannot rule out has its own steps under UAE rules, such as suspending the transaction and reporting it through goAML, and the platform keeps the record of each one.

Can RiskLens360 connect to our ERP or existing software?+

Yes. We provide API access and integration support so you can run onboarding, screening and monitoring from your own ERP, CRM or in-house system.

Do you offer packages for AML service providers?+

Yes. Compliance firms and consultants who manage AML for many clients get discounted packages based on the number of clients they manage.

Does it replace our compliance officer?+

No. RiskLens360 gives your compliance team the tools to screen, assess, review and report consistently. Final risk decisions and regulatory filings stay with your business.
